On May 28th, Eastar held in its HQ in Shenzhen the launching ceremony of its latest indoor fixed BIM Pro series. The BIM has always been Eastar’s most popular product, receiving outstanding feedbacks from Eastar’s both Chinese and overseas customers, it has been praised by everyone. Golden ratio design, better for indoor display

The principle of ergonomics points out that the best viewing area for people is the 16:9 overlapping area of the left and right eyes, commonly called the golden viewing ratio. Recently it has also been the trend in displaying products on the market. BIM Pro supports easy splicing for 2K, 4K, 8K videos, it is perfect for a delicate image quality.

The three main characteristics of BIM Pro

1. Ultra-light, ultra-thin. Cabinet weight of 23kg/sqm, thickness of only 40mm

2. World exclusive module dimension 256*288mm

3. The two extremities of the cabinet are die-casted to enhance strength and precision, both are bridged by the middle section to reduce weight. It is worth-noting that the conventional precision of die-casted cabinets is of 0.3mm. However, with a goal of ultimate innovation and continuous grinding of new technology, the precision of BIM Pro reached an all-time record of 0.15mm

Seven major upgrades for BIM Pro

1. Full front maintenance. The difference with a common front maintenance is that you can proceed with maintenance of every part of the cabinet (module, power supply, receiving card etc.) from the front.

2. Totally wall-mounted (inheriting from the excellent feature of BIM Pro)

3. New installation possibility: Hanging! (8 cabinets per column)

4. Curved screen and right angles are easily achievable. The angle of cabinet extremities can go from 0 to 45°, and the gap between cabinets does not exceed 2.5mm, while the average on the market is between 3-4mm

5. Wireless connection: modules and cabinet HUB card are not linked with the traditional cable installation anymore. The female pin is now hard-wired, making the internals more concise, and dropping the connector failure rate by 75%

6. Using the Red Dot design concept of our VE Serie, the fine-tuning mechanism helps you to adjust gaps between cabinets, and thus truly reach a seamless display.

7. Because of the dual power and signal backup, you can now stream without any problems on high-end live streaming scene.
