Annual Celebration for 2019 of Esdlumen & Award Ceremony for Outstanding Employees Preface

12-year hardships and accomplishments having been through, we look forward to the upcoming days and have a faith to build a brighter future together!

As time flies and tide forwards, Esdlumen has already been established for 12 years. In memory of the 12-year history, Shenzhen Eastar Electronic Co., Ltd. held the annual celebration for 2019 of Esdlumen & award ceremony for outstanding employees at Dongguan Malachite Hotel on 15th, January in the theme of “Salute to all the family members of Esdlumen——Thanks for having you all the way in the past 12 years”. The anniversary was divided into five parts: ”Twelve-year, Sprout of the Spring, Fervor of the Summer, Harvest of the Autumn and New Journey of the Winter”, which show the development trace of Esdlumen in the past 12 years. With splendid spotlights and magnificent programs on live, the atmosphere is full of fervency, warmness, harmony, and solidarity!

Distinguished leaders including President/General Manager of Esdlumen——Mr. Duan Wujie, Vice General Manager——Mr. Su Fuqiang, Vice General Manager——Mr. Wu Jianguo, CHO——Mrs. Pan Caiyu, the assistant of President/Union Chairman——Mr. Liu Xinxin, and other General Managers of all regions are present. Besides, Founder of Liantronic Group——Mr. Liu Hujun, Mrs. Xiong Jingyu and other leaders of Liantronic, as well as core suppliers of Esdlumen are also invited to attend.

Golden drum hitting forebodes bringing in wealth and treasure; golden lion eye-filling indicates richness and auspiciousness.

At the clock of 15:30, as President Duan Wujie and President Liu Hujun embellished the eyes of dance lions with golden pens, Esdlumen 2019 Annual Celebration officially began.

The first chapter: Twelve-year——Salute to the members of Esdlumen

From 2007-2019, twelve-year happiness and sorrow bear by all members, Esdlumen accomplishes great enterprise advance from zero to have, and have to excellence.

President Duan Wujie delivered his speech: I personally stand for Esdlumen to warmly welcome guests and all employees who attend this anniversary. He shared the experience of Esdlumen’s 12-year development; He thanked for the hard work that every esdlumen contribute selflessly, for working together with entrepreneur colleagues, for selfless trust of cooperated partners and for management teams who dedicated to the work; he also gave the credit to the accomplishment of 2018, and set a clear goal of 2019.

President Liu Hujun of Liantronic also made an enthusiastic speech. He highly appreciated the development and growth of Esdlumen, shared the definition of “strugglers” in his heart and salute to them. He also calls upon the brothers and sisters of Esdlumen to join together, hand in hand, to strive to the same goal and start a new journey.

Whereafter, President Duan Wujie gave prizes to the partners and employees who has been working with Esdlumen for 12 years and thanked for their efforts, perseverance, unity and accompany not matter any hardships or challenges. All family members made new year wishes, shared 12-year birthday cake together. At this moment, people feel touched, warm and sweet.

The second chapter: Award Ceremony—— Sprout of the Spring, Fervor of the Summer, Harvest of the Autumn and New Journey of the Winter.

Spring stands for vigor, symbolizing positive attitude and zeal of all Esdlumen，full of hope;

Summer stands for fervency, symbolizing all Esdlumen make concerted efforts in its development;

Autumn stands for harvest, symbolizing all Esdlumen attain victories and honors through their hard work and struggle;

Winter stands for accumulation, symbolizing Esdlumen’s completed service guarantee system and we are ready to meet new challenges.

Because of dreams, Esdlumen has widely taken in talents. After all, the competition of companies relies on talents competition eventually. Twelve-year development, there are a bunch of excellent employees in all departments; every single Esdlumen deserves respect. That is why in this particular stage, we arrange the glaring award ceremony for those outstanding employees to let them share this honorable moment with others.

No pain, no gain! In 2018, we Esdlumen stick to the enterprise spirit’s making a little progress every day, never give up if no success”, which makes us create one miracle after another. In succession, we broke the record of selling one thousand square meters Led screen per day, two thousand per day, and continuously outperform 50 million sales volume per month! We have dozens of top sales whose sales volumes exceed 100 million. If not with “the Wolf team spirit” and thorough systemic construction, these accomplishments couldn’t be made.

The third chapter: Dinner party & Lottery Drawing——Pass positive energy with Joyfulness

Despite outside cold wind howling, the annual celebration was full of spring atmosphere, warmness, and vehemence. Esdlumen are fully innovative: they used interval time at work to rehearse wonderful programs. All kinds of songs and dances, comic dialogues, sketches were produced, directed and acted on their own, and got mass applause from the audience.

Elaborately, Esdlumen also prepared sumptuous dinner and practical awards. Flowers, applause, affection and hope to linger on, Esdlumen toasted and celebrated for the new year, making a happy feast on the scene! As lottery drawing finished, the annual celebration for 2019 was ended successfully.
