Turning Live Music into a Digital Spectacle

From the beginning, the production team made their vision clear:

InApril 2021, our project lead met with the organizers to explore how a cutting-edge LED system could bring that ambition to life. The discussion quickly evolved into a collaborative design session focused onversatility, broadcast performance,andspeed.The festival needed a system capable of switching between genres and moods without delay, performing flawlessly for live streaming, and enabling near-instant stage transitions.

Solution & Execution

To meet those demands, we deployed ourPilot SeriesLED solution — known for itshigh pixel density,superior color accuracy, andfast setup design.

Key installation features included:

• A220 m² main LED walloptimized for both close viewing and large-audience clarity.

• Modular riggingandmagnetic alignmentfor rapid reconfiguration during the show.

• IP-based signal distributionwith full redundancy to support real-time content and broadcast-level refresh rates.

During setup inJuly 2022, one of our engineers noted:

“When the crew saw the Pilot wall shift between two artists’ graphics in under 45 seconds, they high-fived — that’s when we knew we’d nailed the target.”

Creative Integration & Performance

Each act at GranCa Live Fest had its own visual identity — from Latin urban beats to pop rock. The LED wall evolved beyond a static backdrop, becoming aliving narrative layerthat elevated every performance.

Our content team collaborated closely with the festival’s art department to integrate:

• Real-time social media feedsandsponsor overlaystriggered live on stage.

• Dynamic artist introductionsandmotion graphicssynced with lighting and music cues.

• Floor-mounted LED modulesthat extended the visual canvas into the crowd.

Between performances, the Pilot Series wall provided aseamless, flicker-free surfacethat was instantly camera-ready, meeting every broadcast requirement from the first rehearsal.
