MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Single Module Display Abnormalities (e.g., anomalies, caterpillar effect, color blocks)

Troubleshooting Steps:
  • Swap the abnormal module with a normal one and observe whether the issue follows the module.
  • If the issue moves with the module, the module itself is faulty. Replace it with a spare module.
  • If the issue does not follow the module, the module is functional. Check the corresponding HUB board interface or ribbon cable for bent pins or poor connections. Straighten any bent pins or reseat the ribbon cable.
  • If the pins are intact (no bending) and reseating the cable does not resolve the issue, replace the HUB board associated with the abnormal module.
  • If the problem persists after following these steps, contact the after-sales support team.
Display Blackout

Troubleshooting Steps:
  • First, check whether the cabinets in the blackout area are receiving power (indicated by a steady red light on the cabinet or receiver card indicator).
  • If the red indicator is off, inspect the power supply wiring and check whether the first power supply in the blackout area is faulty. Use a multimeter to compare its input/output voltage with that of a normal cabinet’s power supply. If defective, replace the power supply with a spare.
  • If the red indicator is steadily lit, power supply is normal.
  • Check the blinking status of the green indicator on the cabinet or receiver card (normal operation: blinks once per second). If the blinking pattern is abnormal, signal transmission is faulty.
  • Based on the actual Ethernet cable routing, check whether the blackout area corresponds to an entire daisy-chained segment from one main Ethernet cable. If so, reseat or replace the main Ethernet cable.
  • If only part of the segment connected to the main Ethernet cable is blacked out, inspect the Ethernet cable between the affected cabinet and the preceding normal cabinet. Reseat or replace the inter-cabinet Ethernet cable.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact the after-sales support team.
Bluish Tint in Power Supply-Driven Sections

Troubleshooting Steps:
  • First, confirm whether the bluish-tint area corresponds exactly to all modules powered by the same power supply (e.g., one power supply drives four modules—check if all four exhibit the tint).
  • If yes, use a multimeter to measure the input/output voltage of the affected power supply and compare it with that of a normal power supply.
  • If the voltage of the power supply in the abnormal area is incorrect, replace it with a spare.
  • If the issue persists after replacement, contact the after-sales support team.
